Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for a new challenge? Our client, a prestigious multi-award-winning HR consultancy, is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join their small, collaborative and friendly team.

Role

As an HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR Consultants and delivering first-class HR Administration services. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a thriving consultancy and work with a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Crafting letters and structures for investigations or hearings
  • Tailoring job descriptions and adverts to meet client needs
  • Developing template forms for specific HR processes
  • Drafting contracts of employment with necessary adjustments
  • Updating policies and procedures in line with legislation and best practices
  • Corresponding with clients via email as required

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven background in operational HRDemonstrated experience in HR Administration support
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent skills/experience
  • Proficiency in IT and HR software systems
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
