This position requires an ambitious HR Administrator who will provide support to the Human Resources Department in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate should possess excellent administrative skills and be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Client Details

My client is a well established business seeking a driven and knowledgeable HR individual to join their growing team.


  • Providing administrative support for the HR department.
  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including the preparation of job descriptions and arranging interviews.
  • Processing payroll and maintaining employee records.
  • Coordinating training sessions and seminars.
  • Preparing HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
  • Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries.
  • Participating in HR projects, such as help in organising the company's yearly event.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.


A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • CIPD level 3 qualified
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Offer
