We are partnering with a fast growing reputable client based in Liverpool looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their HR team on 12 Month FTC. This is a full time position which will predominately based on site but offering fantastic benefits.

As a successful candidate in this role you will work closely with operational leaders to understand their challenges and priorities and provide advice and guidance in line with HR policies and procedures to support them.

Responsibilities as a HR Advisor:

• Provide expert advice on employee relations, change management and performance management, building strong working relationships.
• Support effective workforce planning using data and insights to support decision making, proactively helping managers to manage sickness absence etc.
• Contribute to wider HR strategies and projects.

Requirements:

• CIPD qualified.
• Previous HR Advisor experience within a fast pace enviroment.
• Experience of providing HR advice, ideally in a large scale industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Up to date knowledge of current legislation etc.
