SF Recruitment are working with a Charity based in Newark. We are currently recruiting for a HR/Recruitment Administrator to join a award winning business based in Newark. You will work 3 days in the Newark office, 1 day in the Nottingham office and 1 day working from home. You MUST be able to commute to Nottingham City Centre 1 day per week. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR/Recruitment Administrator to join their team and play a crucial role in their continued success. This is a full time permeant role working Monday – Friday (Office based) 8.00 AM – 4.00 PM or 9.00 AM – 5.00 PM. The company have 6 different service areas that they support for HR and Recruitment (some more important than others). We are looking for a candidate who is super passionate! You will be the heart of the business and want to give applying candidates the BEST experience. Job Description: As a HR/Recruitment Administrator, you will be an essential part of our recruitment process, providing administrative support to our recruitment team. Your responsibilities will include: – Candidate Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database with accuracy, ensuring all candidate information is current and complete. – Scheduling: Schedule interviews and meetings between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. – Screening: Assist with the initial screening of candidates, reviewing resumes and applications to match with job requirements. – Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing them with necessary information and updates throughout the recruitment process. – Documentation: Prepare and maintain recruitment documentation, such as offer letters, contracts, and onboarding paperwork. – Reporting: Generate reports on recruitment activities and metrics to help track progress and performance. – Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. – General administration duties Skills required: – Proven experience in an administrative role. – Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. – Have fun, be positive and look after everyone you deal with – Be creative, be competitive, show a desire to learn and be the best at what you do – Be genuine, be honest and ensure you demonstrate integrity and transparency – Bring personality and proactivity to work and go the extra mile Salary; £24,000 – £25,000 If you think you have the relevant experience please apply online now!
