Are you an immediately available Employee Relations Specialist?
Handle are partnering with an iconic charity arts business to bring an Interim Head of Employee Relations on an initial 3 month FTC.
You will oversee all employee relations issues; working collaboratively with the Director, Head of People, wider HR team, trade union officials and representatives in order to ensure a positive culture of employee relations at the company. You’ll have previous experience managing a high volume of cases, alongside coaching experience and the ability to deliver training sessions. Staying up to date on employment legislation is crucial for this role
The ideal candidate will have strong employee relations experience (minimum 5 years), and will have specialised in the highly regulated field. You will have experience working in creative space and know how to work with the stakeholders in this environment.
