Seeking an Interim Head of Planned Works who will take the lead role in managing the delivery of the property investment and planned programmes for a London based housing association. They will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard and with residents at the heart of their operations.

Description

• Oversee and manage the delivery of the property investment programme.
• Manage the Kitchen & Bathroom Programme
• Oversee the Section 20 process
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget at circa £7m and to high standards.
• Provide effective leadership to the planned works team.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with contractors and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practice within the industry.
• Monitor and report on performance against targets.
• Participate in planning and budgeting processes.

Profile

For the successful Interim Head of Planned Works should have:

• Demonstrated experience in of managing planned works and investment programmes including TPC Contracts, S20 process and large capital works programmes.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
