Adecco Kettering are seeking an organised Internal Project Account Manager to oversee projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, within budget, and to high standards. This role involves defining objectives, creating plans, allocating resources, tracking progress, and communicating updates to current trade account customers.
Role Overview: The role of Internal Project Account Manager entails overseeing various ongoing and new commercial projects, with a particular focus on managing products within the trade range and bespoke produced items, as well as any related special projects in product and marketing. This includes providing marketing support through trade catalogue and price list management. Additionally, the position involves some account management of trade accounts. A comprehensive understanding of production processes, cost management, effective communication with the commercial function, and ongoing support to the sales team are essential aspects of this role. Responsibilities also encompass managing New Product Development (NPD), system updates, and marketing initiatives.
Location: Corby (office based)
Salary: Up to 30k (DOE)
Hours of work: 8:30am – 5pm (Monday – Friday)
Contract Type: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the success of new products
Managing New Product Development (NPD) and planning enhancements for existing products.
Maintaining the product database and sample room.
Creating cutter guides and contributing to product strategy.
Developing mock-ups and prototypes as needed.
Meeting regularly with stakeholders.
Collecting and responding to consumer feedback.
Presenting new ideas to stakeholders.
Attending relevant conferences and events.
Supporting marketing initiatives.
Establishing and overseeing project management processes.
Inspiring colleagues and product users.
Conducting market research and analysing competitors.
Providing day-to-day support to the commercial team.
Requirements
The ideal candidate would have experience within:
– Adobe Illustrator
– Cutting machines
– Creating Prototypes
