IT Support Technician – London – £23,000 to £26,-months Fixed Term Contract
We have partnered with a thriving organisation who are looking for an IT Support to join their company who are consistently thriving in their industry. The IT Support Technician will report directly to the IT Assistant Manager and be able to have direct training and guidance form an experience IT professional.
The IT Support Technician will work on a hybrid working scheme with 2 days onsite in their office in London and 3 days working from home but be flexible to be in the office for more if required.
The IT Support Technician is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get exposure into the IT industry and gives the candidate the chance for a permanent position after the contract ends.
Requirements of the IT Support Technician:
– Strong understanding into Windows products eg Windows 7, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
– Experience conducting Hardware and Software installations.
– Confident setting up laptops and desktops.
– Eagerness to learn and get industry exposure.
Desirable but no required:
– CompTIA A+ or IT Bachelor’s or equivalent
Responsibilities of the IT Support Technician:
– Provide First line support for the organisation’s employees.
– Handle IT tickets and log IT incident requests through email and phone call.
– Review tickets and close enquiries in a timely manner
– Provide cover for on call IT Support including out of hours if required.
– Provide support remotely and support the Assistant Manager with additional tasks.
