Observability is going to be a big part of your responsibilities as well, particularly with Prometheus, however any experience with Grafana, Thomas, or Jaeger will also suit.
Combine that with a platform almost entirely orchestrated on GKE and Istio, utilising Terraform for IaC, and Gitlab for CI/CD pipelines, and you have an environment that sticks it to best and then some. This is a mature team who are looking for a Lead to coach and mentoring them through the tough stuff, as well as jumping in alongside them in the trenches and getting stuff done.
