Page Personnel are partnering with a successful business who are looking for a Legal Cashier – Part time to join their accountancy team on a permanent basis.

Our client is a successful business that has seen rapid growth in the past 12 months. They are based in Southampton and do require travel to their offices.
Description
As the Legal Cashier – Part time, you will be responsible for:
- Process all payments efficiently and on time
- Handle petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation
- Help with month end duties
- Utilise accounting and case management software namely Xero and Leap for financial record keeping
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable activities
- Maintain client ledgers
- Reconcile bank statements
Profile
To be successful for the Legal Cashier – Part time position, you must:
- Previous experience in a similar role or within a Law firm
- Good understanding of accountancy software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero
- Strong understanding of legal accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
Job Offer
Salary £22,000 – £28,00 FTE
