Legal PA – US Law firm – City based – Hybrid working – 50k!
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary/Legal PA to join a leading US Law firm who have offices based in the City, a stone throw away from Liverpool Street station.
The firm have a hybrid working policy of 3 days in and 2 from home, pay generous bonuses and have an unbeatable benefits package!
Looking after 2-3 Partners, you will be responsible for:
- Managing their diaries, travel plans and meetings
- Preparing documents for meetings
- Assisting with BD and client focused activities (lunches, events etc.)
- Managing new matter opening processes
- Billing
- Preparing other necessary materials for the Partners
