Juice is delighted to be working with a unique, well-established organisation who are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their small, close-knit team.

The role will primarily entail supporting the administrative tasks of the legal team, including organising and maintaining files and documents, scheduling appointments and meetings.

DAY TO DAY:

• Acting as the first point of contact with external companies with case management
• Communicating with patients, legal representatives and expert witnesses to schedule appointments
• Preparing detailed medical reports to include letters, X-rays and invoices
• Liaising with medical consultants over key terminology, planned procedures and treatment plans
• Meeting and greeting a handful of customers daily
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
• Performing general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing emails and filing paperwork
• Drafting all communication to a high standard within MS Word

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• A background in Legal / Medical administration or secretarial work.
• Ability to effectively prioritise tasks.
• Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to learn and pick things up quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

AND FOR YOU:

• 37.5 hours a week – Monday to Friday 8:00-16:00.
• Every third Tuesday – 10:00-20:00 and corresponding Friday – 8:00-14:00.
• Close for the whole Christmas period.
• 1 year of service entitles you to 2 weeks of sick pay.
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays and Christmas.
• £15.50 per hour.
