Manager, Portfolio Advisory and Value Creation – FinTech, Wealth Management, AI

We are looking for a Manager to join the Portfolio Advisory and Value Creation Team for a Fintech Specialist Private Equity Firm. This is an incredible opportunity to take your career to the next level, contributing to the enhancement of business value through the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) across the firm’s portfolio companies and its clients.

As a part of the Financial Services Strategy practice, you will spearhead several highly strategic projects including post-acquisition integration, cost-to-serve analysis and process design at major banking, wealth and capital markets clients. This role will provide you with opportunity to gain a high level of exposure, progress up the ranks internally or the prospect of joining the Board of Directors of Portfolio Companies to whom you deliver.

Successful candidates will excel in offering a first-grade advisory and strategy client experience, as well as having a keen interest in how AI and ML can be utilised for driving the Fintech industry forward. Requirements:

• Have a strong understanding of AI and ML, and how these can impact the FinTech industry
• Be able to work well understand challenging environments while delivering across multiple workstreams
• Understand what exemplary work looks like and pride yourself in delivering such standards
• Have experience working in financial services
• Be an excellent communicator, with skills in Excel and PowerPoint for professional writing and presentations

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert AI- and ML-focussed assessments for portfolio companies and clients
• Lead and manage programme delegates
• Gather business requirements and produce professional reports and presentations
• Simultaneously manage multiple workstreams of work – both AI and non-AI focussed
