Marketing and Operations Coordinator Part Time

We are supporting a well established business who are recruiting for a Marketing and Operations Coordinator. This is a full time, permanent opportunity that will offer you hybrid working. You will work from the Oxford Circus office 2 days and then from home the remaining 3 days a week. Hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm and the starting salary is 26.5K, rising to 27.5K after probation.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Support with diary management and booking meetings
• Organising training and conferences when required
• First point of contact for incoming calls
• Support with organising team and client events
• Review and update company policies
• Updating the system with client information
• Assist with ad-hoc projects
• Issue client invoices and update financial information on the system
• Support with compliance, research and reporting of brand partners
• Assist the marketing team with growth of the brand including content creation
• General administration support where required
