Our head office is based in Twickenham, West London and we operate throughout England across a range of sectors including business and administration, customer services, early years, improving operational performance, leadership and management, trade supplier and warehousing and storage. Roughly 95% of our revenue is generated through the delivery of apprenticeship programmes, both to upskill existing staff and support organisations to recruit and train new apprentices. At any time, we support almost 2000 learners on apprenticeship programmes and over 400 employers including large corporates, nurseries, NHS Trusts, local government and SMEs.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist to be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company’s Social Media strategy of which you will be a key influencer of, in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales. To be responsible for Social media advertising, Social media marketing and Social media engagement.To use email outreach effectively though our Hubspot platform and advise on packages of support that increases market engagement.
We needsupport to produce and manage the distribution of content across social media platforms, our website, email distribution to existing and potential learners and employers as well as campaigns to engage new opportunities. Above all, we are looking for someone to make an impact through a significant increase in lead generation that will enable our business development team to close.
The skills set & experience:
The role is a temp to perm role, with an initial contract period of 6 months with the potential to extend further.
