CULTED is a Gen-Z multimedia and cross platform entertainment company, which launched mid 2019. We produce and publish content daily, at the speed of social media. This covers the latest news and trends from Gen-Z’s forward thinking perspective on fashion, sneakers, beauty, art, music, and youth culture. Our omnichannel approach, combined with the captivating content we produce, have helped us amass a fast-growing international audience of nearly 2 million users. We are now looking for a skilled and talented London based Media Planner to join our team on a full-time contract basis.

Core tasks and duties :

• Develop and implement media strategies and campaigns for both Culted and the brands we partner with
• Continually analyse and interpret performance data to better understand how people use media and interact with our platforms, helping to define the key characteristics and profiles of our audience
• Manage the delivery and implementation of media campaigns, monitoring and evaluating performance – ensuring we optimise as we go, ensuring we deliver the best possible results
• Deliver the post campaign reports that review the campaign performance highlighting key learnings and recommendations
• Work alongside the Agency and Editorial Teams to develop and evolve new product offerings to pitch to clients
• Collaborate with clients and the internal Culted team to understand the clients business objectives and overarching campaign strategy
• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities and campaigns for Clients
• Produce media plans, roll out plans and reports
• Work with other departments to share ideas, communicate service offerings, and identify and deliver new solutions for clients
• Proof-check all client media proposals
• Monitor and identify the latest media trends and practices
• Prepare and present detailed and accurate reports on media activities conducted
• Respond to clients on any media related matters

Skills :

• Able to work in an extremely fast-paced environment under high pressure
• Can make critical decisions regarding targets, etc.

• Able to adapt editing and writing style for different purposes
• Outstanding skills in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe etc.

• A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
• Strong Meta, TikTok, Twitch and Google advertising knowledge and skills
