Salary: £30 per class

Join our client’s team to deliver their unique Intellectual fitness programs to adults in full-time care across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, and Essex.

Their mission is to get people moving, spark joy, and enhance well-being in local communities!

The Role

• Lead engaging, 60-minute fitness classes designed for adults in care settings
• Bring energy, compassion, and creativity to create a positive, inclusive experience
• Work flexible hours, typically late mornings or early afternoons, Monday to Friday

Skills and Qualifications

• Compassion & Communication: A warm, patient approach to inspire and support clients
• Organisation & Flexibility: Strong time management and adaptability to suit varied schedules
• Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Level 2 Gym Instructor, Group Exercise to Music, or equivalent recognised qualification
• Public liability insurance
• Valid driving licence and own transport (essential for travel between locations)
• Experience delivering fitness classes
• Enhanced DBS certificate (They can arrange if needed)
