The New Product Designer will take on product ranges from concept through to on the shelf within main range and licensed products.Permanent FT 37.5 hours a week – Monday to FridayNew Product Designer – the job Identify new in-house and collaborative commercial products Manage and implement the end-to-end product development process Liaise and negotiate with Far East suppliers Visiting relevant trade shows and comp shops and reporting back to the business Working alongside the head of the department with product costing and pricing research analysis, which ties in with market needs and consumer preferencesNew Product Designer – the person Degree in product design Experience in a product design environment Knowledge of the product design process and an understanding of licensing Proficiency in Excel, Word, and email Desirable: License Tracker, Supply Base, Critical Path, Costing Sheets, and NAVNew Product Designer – the perks 31 Days Annual Leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays) Private Healthcare scheme Blended working Off street parking Cycle to work scheme
