- Life Science Recruitment Business (Don’t worry full training is provided on the market)
- £24,000 Basic salary
- Above market commission structure
- Entry level training programme

- Strong written and verbal communication (Recruiters communicate for a living so this is essential)
- Problem solver (Recruitment has many moving parts, an ability to come up with solutions will help you navigate the challenges)
- Tenacity (Starting out the role can be challenging as you build your reputation, being tenacious will push you through)
- Resilient (This isn’t a typical 9-5, you need to be ready to take the knock backs that come with sales and then come the massive rewards)
