This is a brilliant opportunity to become part of a team filled with specialist energy advisors with over 30 years’ experience within the industry. Our client based in London offers bespoke advice and modelling for all non-domestic ‘minimum energy efficiency standards’ related issues.

The ideal candidate will;

• Ideally a be a level 5 Non-Domestic Energy Assessor
• Have experience within the industry (at least 3 years)
• Be competent within the use of IESVE
• Have experience with Design Builder software
• Have a clean driving licence

Responsibilities:

• Producing non-domestic EPC using SBEM method/ Design Builder modelling software or IES
• Carrying out energy surveys and audits of buildings
• Meeting with clients and building occupants for surveys
• Completing summary tables and report templates with outputs for clients
