We have 2 vacancies:
– Full time, working 40 hours, floating across 3 classrooms without key person responsibilities. Up to £24,591 per annum inclusive of 5% performance related bonus
– Part time, 16-18 hours per week, Mondays and Fridays, based in the baby room with key person responsibility. £11.26 per hour / £11,066 per annum based on 18 hours PLUS 5% performance related bonus.
We also offer an additional salary enhancement for Level 5, 6 and QTS qualified!
To be considered for this role you must have:
Experience as a key person managing a key group of children, ideally baby age group.
A confident understanding of supporting children through a therapeutic approach to behaviour
Understanding of a play-based approach to children’s learning and development as well as an understanding of the EYFS.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team, patient, empathetic, caring, and friendly.
