Office Manager Temporary Role ASAP START
Isle of Grain
Required on site at for 2- 3 months to cover sickness.
- The role will be a mix of office manger duties and PA responsibilities
- The office has around 50 personnel
- Experience of working on similar site as this differs from a corporate environment
- Experience of working as an Office Manager and Exec Assistant
Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm
- Proficient in office automation tools (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
- 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Previous experience in ” Oil & Gas ” industry in a similar role

Day to day:
- Welcoming visitors
- Receive and screen phone calls
- Manage the director’s agenda
- Receive, enter and dispatch mail
- Manage the supply of office supplies
- Organize travel for the Service Manager and his/her teams (reservations for transportation tickets, hotels and vehicle rentals)
- Organize internal or external meetings (list of participants, agenda, etc.)
- Be the support person for the entire department in the administrative management of personnel (clocking in, absences, training, etc.)
- Organize the arrival of new hires (PC, badges, phone, desk)
- Other duties as required.
