About Specsavers Eltham
The store has most recently been under sole partnership; however we are now looking to secure the future of the business by bringing a new partner. The store currently has one CLO and three Optoms, with further recruitment required across all departments.
This is a store that has huge potential and requires a dedicated partner to focus on the future growth of the business. Development of the current team plus further recruitment will be a priority, as well as role modelling standard across the team, building a solid reputation for the very best in customer care, and fully integrating into the local community.
Requirements of the role
You will be an existing Optometry Partner within Specsavers, and would have owned your own store, whilst maintaining and owning the very highest in retail standards across your division.
You will have open and transparent communication, be willing to learn, grow, and adapt to our ever changing optical climate, and your current partners and regional relationship manager will be aware that you are looking to move ahead and partake in the process of this new opportunity.
