A part time Administrator 3 days a week is required to work onsite for a company based in Brislington- flexible working hours and onsite parking. Your role is to support the business with clerical tasks and be the first line contact for visitors to the business
Main duties include
o Managing the correspondence and communication for the Company such as phone calls, post and emails o Scheduling appointments, printing, scanning and filling staff and clients’ documents. o Scheduling, attending meetings, taking minutes and sending them out. o Responsible for house and office inventory including ensuring an adequate supply of consumables such as stationery, printer ink or paper o Advertise and arrange interviews for new employees o Manage and balance petty cash for office and clients o Organise relevant training for employeesWhat is needed:A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Administration background, Excellent verbal and communication skills along with a flexible and happy approach to work and people.Please apply ASAP
