We are currently seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Clinic Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate should possess the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively manage reception duties in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about clinic services.
3. Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
4. Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
5. Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
6. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
7. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
8. Handle telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
9. Assist in administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a clinical setting.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Knowledge of medical terminology and clinic procedures.
4. Proficient in using computer systems and relevant software.
5. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
7. Flexibility to work part-time hours.
