Pastry Chef De Partie – Cotswolds – Day Shifts
We are currently looking for an experienced Pastry Chef De Partie located in the Cotswolds. Our client is a sustainable and organic farm shop with a real family feel. The successful Pastry Chef De Partie will have a passion for sustainable cooking and baking and for creating exciting textures and flavours.

The Perks
The Pastry Chef De Partie will receive:

  • Hourly rate of up to £12.37
  • Plus TRONC (approx. £5,000 per annum)
  • 28 days holiday
  • Day shifts (5am – 2:30pm)

The Person
The Pastry Chef De Partie will have:

  • Have experience at a similar level in a similar environment
  • High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
  • Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen including COSHH and HACCP
  • Ideally be able to drive or live locally
  • Have a passion for fresh food and good attention to detail
  • Have the confidence to create and be innovative
