We are looking for a fantastic Locum Pharmacy Dispenser/Assistant to work with our PRISON based client in the Hull area, Yorkshire. If you re looking for your next challenge, congratulations! You ve just found it! Info below:

• Job Title: Locum Pharmacy Dispenser/Assistant required ASAP!
• Location: Hull location
• Duration: Ongoing! Long term!
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (part time WILL also considered) 9.00am – 5.30pm (30 mins lunch)
• Start Date: April 2024
• Rate of pay: £12- £14 per hour depending on prior experience
• No prior PRISON based experienced required, as training can be provided!
• No prison clearance required either – this can be arranged whilst you work, in post!
• Please note, all phones/electronic iteams must be left at the prison gate on arrival each morning (they cannot be kept on you during the day).
• NO prisoner/patient facing interactions required in role.

A Day in the Life of a Prison based Pharmacy Dispenser/Assistant:

As a specialist dispenser, you will play a crucial role assisting across the prison pharmacy dispensary.

• No prior prison experience required – training will be given here!
• Dispensing duties in the main dispensary
• Assisting with dispensing prescriptions and medications
• Looking after the pharmacy stores area where stock is kept
• There could be some stock ordering work required here too
• Other general dispensary tasks likely

Requirements and qualifications required for this role:

• Some form of prior pharmacy work experience in the UK
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Working hours and contract duration:

This position will require you to work from Monday to Friday, but hours can be flexible. The contract is ongoing (April 2024) with a potential to extend.
