Although we are currently in uncertain times, Hays Education are one of the leading recruiters for the Education sector and therefore have exclusive partnership agreements with primary schools in Bury, Rochdale and Oldham and throughout Greater Manchester.
We may have a few challenging weeks ahead, however once schools re-open we believe that there will be an increase in demand for Primary Supply Teachers to work in Bury, Rochdale and Oldham and throughout the Greater Manchester area.
Therefore, we are actively looking for newly qualified to highly experienced Primary Supply Teachers based in Bury, Rochdale and Oldham who are looking for opportunities to start in September 2020.

Your new role
As a Primary Teacher you will be taking responsibility for the progress of a class of primary-age pupils, planning preparing and presenting lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within the class and maintaining a positive learning environment on a daily and/or long-term basis. Working with our Primary Education team to secure a role for the new academic will give you the opportunity to find a role that is tailored to you. Whether that is day-to-day supply or a long-term teaching position, on a part-time or full-time basis, in a small mixed form village school or multiple form entry large school.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be a Hays Education Primary Teacher it is essential you have Qualified Teacher Status (UK) and experience teaching with the last five years, this can be within a mainstream or SEND setting. You will ideally be an approachable and patient Teacher who is able to embrace new surroundings and situations, whilst demonstrating a professional manor at all times. It is also ideal that you have good communication and interpersonal skills as this is key for building strong working relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents and carers quickly.
