Job Summary:
We are in search of a Principal Engineer to help lead the London team. This key role involves spearheading the design and execution of land development engineering projects, managing a team of engineers, and driving innovation in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership on complex engineering projects.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic growth plans.
- Act as a client liaison, fostering strong relationships and securing new business.
- Lead the design and execution of diverse engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Mentor and guide a team of engineers, promoting their professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) licensure.
- 15+ years of experience in land development engineering.
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on strategic growth.
- Expertise in diverse engineering projects, including geotechnical and environmental aspects.
- Strong client management abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software.
