Problem Management Consultant – 6 Month FTC Part Time

We are currently looking for a Problem Management consultant to join an international business who are currently going through a Digital Transformation. You’ll join the business in a capacity to support and identify problems, issues, risks and potential ways in which to improve business processes and strategy!Your core responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify and analyse business problems.
• Manage and lead Problem investigation, root cause analysis, and post-implementation reviews.
• Develop and implement effective problem resolution plans, considering impact analysis, risk assessment and mitigation.
• Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of problems.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation related to problem management processes and procedures.
• Coaching and supporting problem coordinators whilst encouraging problem management practices.
• Leading problem-solving groups whilst coordinating and facilitating discussions efficiently with relative parties to reach timely and effective solutions.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Excellent understanding of the Wider IT Platform with ability to prioritise problems to deliver the most benefit to the business.
• Strong networking ability / relationship management, with the ability to lead cross functionally and influence at all levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Firm understanding of the ITIL Framework
• Advanced Excel, and Power BI Skills are desirable
• Experience working within cloud services including SaaS
• Familiarity with ServiceNow.

This role is fully remote, you will be required on-site to their offices Just outside of London for occasional training sessions so it would be beneficial if you were within a commutable distance of this!We’re looking for a strong Problem Management consultant so if you have extensive experience in this area, please click apply or email for more details.
