At Pixel, we have teams who fully understand the specification of the deliverables and what is being procured or contract managed; they need to understand the category, the product and the market and understand the dynamics in that market of how they produce, sell or service with that product.

What We Need

• Commercial Planning & Leadership: Pixel are not just looking for procurement experts but individuals who can add substantial value to commercial leadership and delivery. Your focus should ideally extend beyond traditional end-to-end procurement to filling gaps in clients’ capabilities and capacities.
• Comprehensive Commercial Strategy: You should have experience in helping to develop robust commercial strategies, based on thorough supplier and market research.
• Contract Negotiation and Management: A true ability in sourcing, to negotiate with suppliers, and in emphasing the development of client-centric contract structures.
• Business Case Development: Experience in developing business cases, particularly on the financial side. Justifying expenditures, understanding transition costs, and calculating returns on investments.
• Value Addition: An ability to align procurement processes with broader business visions, ensuring commercial expertise drives value beyond mere cost savings.
• Experience in portfolio project support, programme and risk management, and supplier relations.
• Possess additional expertise in benefits management, consultancy, demand management, and business process improvement, among others, offering further added value.
• Communicate effectively across verbal, numerical, and written platforms.
• Think innovatively and work collaboratively within a team dynamic.
• Exhibit diligence, determination, and independent critical thinking.
• Display an insatiable hunger for continual research, learning, and development.
