Are you currently a buyer or procurement manager for any indirect category such as IT, Marketing, HR, Travel, Digital, Logistics, Events, Travel and Operations. Have you led full end to end procurement activities and now looking to cash in with your knowledge? A once in a lifetime opportunity to move to the middle east on a 12-month FTC to be part of the 2030 Vision projects, namely NEOM.

You will be located on NEOM site with exposure to projects such as the Line, Oxagon, Sindalah & Trojena! The world is convinced that Saudi Arabia is the Dubai 15 years ago and with the flow of top talent in and outside of procurement you have the opportunity to be part of the largest Vision project of the century.

You will be guided throughout the relocation process and flights there and back will be covered outside of your package. This tax free opportunity is equivalent to a £80-100k Salary in the UK after tax! So if you are a financially driven person open to new experiences this might be for you!

Key Requirements of a Procurement Manager – Indirects:

• Full end to end procurement experience with Indirect categories
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure favourable terms and conditions in contracts
• Ability to analyse and compare supplier proposals, ensuring best value for the organisation
• A mindset for continuous improvement, with the ability to streamline processes and implement best practices
• Familiarity with procurement software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and other relevant tools
• Ability to leverage technology for data analysis, reporting, and process optimisation
• CIPS or MCIPS qualified
