Production Admin Assistant
Location: London, NW5
Hours: Full Time – Office based (Kentish Town)
Salary: £30,000
Our client is an award winning Global fashion design and manufacturing supplier who are looking for a dynamic Production Admin Assistant to support 2 managers at their London office.
Job Role:
- Assisting account managers in all aspects
- Fabric sourcing / liaising with mills in ordering fabric
- Setting up cost sheets
- Liaising with customers
- Requesting Samples
- Sending off fabric orders / working with production
- Setting up showrooms / meeting notes
- General tidying of the office
- Reception cover / West End runs if required
- Liaising with all departments in the Company and assisting where required
- Adhoc administration duties
- Training Provided
- Fashion background desirable but not essential
