WHAT TO EXPECT
This exciting Programme Learning Manager role will be an integral member of the SAP S/ 4HANA iERP Programme delivery organisation within the Industrial Operations Digital team – offering the opportunity to work at the centre of an ambitious and dynamic technology team which focuses on delivering value.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a complex Programme team and will be someone capable of leading the delivery of a portfolio of transformation projects across JLR – specifically, the role will lead the delivery of multiple strategic projects with a specific bias to SAP.
Expectations of this role include coordinating activities across multiple technical teams, business areas and third parties to ensure successful delivery of applications into the manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing and finance functions.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
To be under consideration for this fantastic role, you will need to be able to demonstrate your experience of leading the training team and providing direction to enable them to deliver in their functions. You will also need to manage resource, tasks and priorities across the training team as well as managing the roll-out of established training plan and ensure the approach is being followed.
As a person involved in the management structure, you will need to support creation and delivery of templates and standards/ learning packages as well as representing the JLR brand in defining, engaging and aligning stakeholders in preparation for training deployment. This, of course, includes ensuring clear training delivery plans are executed on time and that the preparation and execution of onsite and off-site training events across our sites is delivered and monitored. You will also need to c ollaborate with Change, Testing, Training and Comms teams for the capability being deployed – having done process assessment and stakeholder identification in the form of a Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
