Our North Region Property Team are recruiting for an experienced Project Support Officer to work from our Southgate Office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who posses excellent customer service & administrative experience as this role will see you working within a small team helping to contact customers, liaise with contractors & surveyors plus provide administrative support.

This is a busy, fast paced operation and the ideal candidate will be used to working in a similar environment where cool heads and great organisation are key.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience of dealing with customers from different backgrounds and delivering a positive and easy service to our customers.

Experience of analysing customer feedback to achieve service improvements

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting

Experience of working with external stakeholders.

Experience of dealing with customers and responding to customer enquiries on the phone and in writing

Experienced user of Microsoft Office

Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage a varied and demanding

Ability to work independently and use initiative to problem solve.


We would encourage candidates that have a natural curiosity for resolving problems and genuine passion for helping our customers as full training will be provided.
