Property Manager Part Time

We are partnering with a highly respected boutique estate agency in Hampstead, NW London, to identify a skilled Property Manager for their medium-sized portfolio of up scale apartments and houses.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, and contractors.
• Conduct thorough property inspections to uphold high maintenance standards.
• Coordinate property repairs, maintenance, and enhancements.
• Manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and rental collections.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

• Proven property management experience, ideally within the London.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Knowledgeable about property laws and regulations.
• Ability to efficiently multi task and prioritise responsibilities.
• Customer-centric approach with meticulous attention to detail.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary: £33,000 to £38,000 per annum, DOE.

Working Hours:

• Standard office hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM with flexibility.
