An exciting opportunity to join a well-established successful property organisation in Liverpool who are currently seeking an experienced PROPERTY MANAGER to join their team.

They are looking for a highly organised, well presented and customer focused individual to join their dynamic team of experienced professionals! A fantastic opportunity to join the business during a period of expansion with opportunity for future career progression.

Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, the successful person will provide a comprehensive property and tenancy management service to the company’s customers, acting as a key contact for their developments.

Duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

• Dealing with day-to-day tenant and landlord enquiries.
• Co-ordinating maintenance for properties and the management of any associated invoices
• Attending tenants / owners properties in the event of any major incidents , and liaising with all parties to ensure all works are completed quickly
• Ensuring Landlords and properties are compliant
• Managing the Tenancy renewals process
• Property inspections
• Rent renewals
• Processing tenant move ins and check outs
• Arranging and conducting accompanied move ins
• Dealing with Deposit returns and disputes
• Actively being involved and assisting with the mobilisation of any new developments.
• Ensuring that processes, policies, and procedures are adhered to.
• Achieving all necessary business targets in relation to Property/Tenancy Management
• To meet or exceed service standards and KPI’s
• Organising customer engagement events
• Providing regular performance reports to management
• Managing portfolio records and keeping them up to date

This is a busy and challenging role. The ideal candidate will have previous property management experience. You must have excellent organisational skills, communication skills and relationship management. This is a fast-paced role and you must be able to deal with high pressure situations in a professional manner as no two days will be the same!

Our client is offering a basic salary of up to £27,000.
