Cobalt are excited to be partnering with a leading Property Management firm in London. They are looking for an established property manager to look after an exciting, high-end portfolio in London.

The business are renowned within the industry, and on course for another year of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of a portfolio ranging from 300 – 400 units, across c. 12 blocks
• Setting the service charge budgets
• Arranging and running AGM’s
• Leading full Section 20 processes
• Key liaison with multiple key stakeholders
