Job Description
- Provide expert legal advice on a wide array of property matters
- Manage residential property transactions effectively and efficiently
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with clients in Turkish and Arabic
- Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions
- Work in accordance with the firm’s policies and procedures
- Collaborate effectively with the legal team
- Keep up-to-date with changes in property law
- Participate in business development activities to expand the firm’s client base
The Successful Applicant
A successful Property Solicitor should have:
- Be admitted to the SRA
- Fluent in Arabic or Turkish – preferable to be fluent in both.
- Experience in handling a wide range of residential conveyancing transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
