Single Homeless Project has 3 new Psychologist / Psychotherapist opportunities to join and work in our team based in Camden. We have both part-time and full-time, permanent positions available and in return, you will receive a competitive starting salary of £47,125.17 rising incrementally to £49,975.59 per annum (pro rata).

About the Psychologist / Psychotherapist role:
We are looking for two or three (if part-time) innovative and resilient practitioners to support our work in SHP’s specialist housing provision and across the adult homelessness pathway.
The roles require you to provide both; one to one, and group work, with clients, as well as, consultancy and support to staff teams working within and towards a PIE (Psychologically Informed Environments) framework.
One of the roles is open to female practitioners only, providing clinical and consultancy work to our specialist women’s services in the borough. The minimum hours requirement for this is 22.75 per week.
We have one full-time role (37.5hrs per week) working across two of our other multiple disadvantage hostels and a further part-time role (15hrs per week) providing support and PIE consultancy to the adult pathway (the latter could be combined with the women’s specific role if full-time hours are preferred.)
The ideal Psychologist / Psychotherapist will have demonstrable experience of working as a qualified Psychologist or Psychotherapist including experience working with substance use, mental health and/ or ‘like’ areas. They will also have a working understanding of providing consultancy in the form of reflective practice, clinical supervision and staff training. We provide a dynamic, person-centred working environment, and access to a personalised Learning and Development programme. The roles are part of SHP’s Psychological Services Team with a strong ethos of supervision, and reflective practice.
