The Role

As a Recoveries Collector you will be responsible for the recovery of terminated agreements with a balance of less than £5,000. You will liaise with the customer/partner, outsourcing outstanding debt to a debt collection agency where applicable. You will also be responsible for maintaining and managing debt collection agency agreements and responding to related queries or actions.
