Experienced Recruitment Consultant

Location: Reading

Full Time / Hybrid / M-F

Starting salary: £25,000 – £45,000 (DOE)

Our fantastic Reading based clients are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants with at least 18 months experience with a great track record of previous placements and client relationships.

We are working with agencies in a variety of different sectors – Construction, Tech, Engineering, Industrial, Commercial, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounting and many more Whether you’re looking to remain in your sector or dive into a different speciality we have a role for you.

As an already experienced Recruitment Consultant you’ll be partaking in building client relationships and helping candidates looking for new opportunities. You’ll be putting into practice the following:

• Advertising available vacancies on LinkedIn and other job boards.

• Sorting through candidate applications and making formal decisions on the next steps.

• Headhunting Candidates by searching the job boards and the database, shortlisting suitable candidates, preparing candidates for interviews and providing them with appropriate training and feedback and negotiating terms of employment including notice periods and job offers.

• Building client relationships and networking. Researching/meeting potential clients and getting an understanding of their business and how they work and how they want to incorporate new employees

We are seeking a highly motivated consultant with a results-oriented mindset – the sector you come from isn’t important as long as you have proof of billings and examples of winning new business.
