Recruitment Consultant (All Levels)

Involve Recruitment is a technical and engineering recruitment specialist with offices in the North, Midlands, Wales and London.

The company operates in over 20 divisions across Civil engineering, Commercial, Mechanical and Electrical, Technical and Rail sectors.

Role Description

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant focusing on a specific industry sector, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment processes, from generating new business opportunities and clients, candidate sourcing and screening to client engagement and placement. Your expertise in understanding the unique needs of your specific industry sector will be crucial in identifying and placing highly skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Client:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Collaborate with clients to define job requirements, specifications, and key competencies for various roles.

Candidate:

• Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract top-tier Engineering professionals.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and skills evaluations, to ensure a high-quality talent pool.

Recruitment:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client engagement to candidate on boarding.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and provide guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Market Research:

• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and salary benchmarks within your industry sector.
• Provide insights to clients and candidates regarding the competitive landscape and talent market.

Business Development:

• Actively seek opportunities for business development and expansion within your industry.
• Identify and pursue new client partnerships to increase market share.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
• In-depth knowledge of Industry-specific roles, processes, and industry-specific requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients and candidates.
• Confident phone manner and must not be afraid to call through shortlists and cold calling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
• Familiarity with relevant recruitment tools and technologies.

Benefits:

• Salary: 26,000 – 35,000 (dependant on experience and billings)
