Position: Recruitment Consultant Sector: CommercialLocation: ChichesterSalary: £40,000 per annum OTE £85,000
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing full lifecycle recruitment including business development and ensuring effective recruitment processes.
You will be working a commercial market within the permanent and temporaries sector.
How will you spend your days?
- Business development – prospect and existing business
- Arranging and attending client meetings
- Candidate registrations
- Negotiating terms of employment with prospective clients
- Account management with existing clients – this is a small part of the role
- Manage advertisement responses through initial screening and qualification
- Using various online job boards and social media tools, you will Source, screen applicants, and network with Candidates
- Update candidate information and activity on our in-house recruitment database
Who are you?
- You will have a minimum of 1 year agency recruitment experience
- Confident making sales calls
- Strong face to face skills
- Well presented
- Strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and Enthusiastic
- Tenacious
- Great personality
- Must have a full clean driving licence and own vehicle
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
