Job role: Relief Chef
Location: Uxbridge, UB8 1QS
Salary: £38,000 plus car allowance
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours, weekends off!
Houston & Hawkes have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Relief Chef to join our team working across a 50+ mile radius of Uxbridge.

What You Really Want To Know:
- The salary for this role is £38,000 per annum plus car allowance
- The basic hours for this role are 40 hours per week
- The working week is Monday to Friday
- Monthly wages

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic Relief Chef to be responsible for all aspects of managing the high level of delivery and expectations across every site they work at. Ambitious and commercially aware, with the presence and personality to influence the day-to-day business. Leading by example and setting high standards.
Relief Chef Requirements:
- A genuine passion for food
- Knowledge of the Hospitality industry
- Previous chef experience required
- Ability to produce good-quality food
- Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships
- Strive for excellence in an eager and motivated manner
- Take initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers
- Possess the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Food Safety awareness
- Allergen Awareness
- Required to travel as part of the role
- Self-motivated and ability to adapt to a changing environment
