Residential Lettings Manager Part Time

TeamJobs are looking for a Residential Lettings Manager to join a well-established Property Management Company based in Bournemouth. We are looking someone with experience in the Lettings industry and must come from a strong Customer Service background.

The main purpose of this role is to successfully oversee and manage the Lettings team.

• 30,000 – 35,000 DOE
• 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
• Bournemouth
• Permanent
• This role is a mixture of desk and site-based work.
• Full Driving License Required

The Lettings Manager will work closely with the department Admin team as well as the Managing Director. As part of the role, you are also be expected to liaise and work with staff members in other departments such as Operations and Sales.

Responsibilities:

• Line Manager to Lettings team.
• Day to day running of the department.
• Assisting with HR matters and administration for their team.
• Administering staff holidays and absences for their team.
• Assisting with recruitment to the team where required.
• Administering, developing, and implementing department processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency making the most of the tools available.
• Assist with creating, actioning, and monitoring company policies and procedures.
• Staff training.
• Liaising with clients, tenants and professional services where required.
• Any other reasonable duties as and when required.
