A well-respected firm in London’s legal district is looking to expand their residential property team due to their continuous success in recent years. Having earned a loyal and longstanding domestic and international client base, this firm offers exceptional opportunities to deal with high-value, bespoke, prime central London properties.
The role will involve providing bespoke advice on all aspects of residential freehold and leasehold sales and purchasing, lease renewals, landlord and tenant law, financing and many less typical scenarios. You will be joining a successful and well-functioning team as a senior associate, with a clear progression plan to partner, to replace the existing partners who are due to retire in the coming years.
Successful applicants will have the following qualifications and qualities:
- Qualified solicitor with 4+ years of post-qualification experience in a reputable residential property practice
- Impressive academics
- Demonstrated ability to provide effective, prompt, and efficient service to clients.
- Ambitious and self-motivated individual.
- Excellent client relationship skills and effective communication.
- Collaborative team player who has experience in mentoring and guiding junior members of the team
