About the Position: As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting young adults with complex needs. We are seeking dedicated and ambitious individuals who are committed to helping our young adults realise their full potential. This role offers challenges but also immense rewards.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with colleagues at all levels to ensure the safety and well-being of young adults.
• Engage in a wide range of innovative and exciting recreational events within the facility and the broader community.
• Assist with practical caregiving tasks, including cooking and cleaning.
• Cultivate positive relationships with residents, maintaining their dignity and respect at all times.
• Address the physical, emotional, behavioral, and cultural needs of residents.
• Maintain accurate and transparent record-keeping.
• Regularly assess and document changes in the needs of residents.
• Actively contribute to the development of the team.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for caregiving and a strong desire to contribute to the progress of others.
• Exceptional teamwork skills.
• Resilience and confidence to seek support when needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Full Uk driving licence and own vehicle.
• Right to Work in the UK full time (sponsorship is not available)
