As the Resource Manager, you will support the Studio and Project Manager in managing creative workflow and creative resources.

The Role:

• Lead resource allocation assigning creative projects to appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain creative project schedules, ensuring timelines are met.
• Act as the middle person between the internal teams and departments, ensuring streamlined workflows.
• To assess creative project priorities, ensuring projects are kept on track and delays are avoided.

The Candidate:

• 1 year plus experience in Workflow Management, Resource Management, or Project Management, ideally from an agency environment.
• Proven experience in managing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience in managing and nurturing internal relationships with mid to senior stakeholders.
• Skilled in using any of the following tools, Float, File Share, or, Trello.
• An interest in working in a fast-paced global position.
