Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team of Surveyors and Registered Valuers, spread across the vibrant landscapes of London, West Sussex, East Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Dorset, Kent, and Essex? Our incredible office team in Horsham is always here to guide our customers through every step of the process.
Position: Sales Administrator
Salary: £24,000 basic salary per annum + Monthly Bonus Scheme (£250 for meeting targets) and 10% commission on revenue above this target. OTE £30,000 per annum.
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:00am to 5:30pm Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm (39.5 hours per week).
Location: Horsham

Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads through telephone, email, website & referral portal.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
- Assist in determining pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Understand and promote the company and its products.
- Obtain payment from clients and prepare/submit sales contracts.
- Maintain client records.
- Respond to client queries about payment terms, products, prices, and availability.
- Efficiently manage multiple diaries.
- Stay ahead in the market by monitoring competition and gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
? Skills Required:
- Customer service-oriented, with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and follow-up skills.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- A team player with a high level of dedication.
